I am so excited to share a glimpse into Halle and Tyler’s Jefferson Street Mansion wedding! These two have such a sweet, genuine love, and capturing their wedding day was truly an honor. The whole day was full of heartfelt moments, laughter, and so much joy. As an Orange County wedding photographer, it’s always special to see couples so deeply in love, surrounded by friends and family who are just as over-the-moon for them. It was an incredible milestone to capture, and I’m thrilled to be sharing the highlights of their beautiful day!

We kicked off the day by photographing all the little details that made their Jefferson Street Mansion wedding unique and personal (and that Halle and Tyler had put so much thought into!) A little pro tip, when you’re getting ready, set aside special items like your rings, invitation suite, and any heirloom pieces for detail shots. These small touches tell the story of your day beautifully! Halle had chosen such stunning bridal accessories—delicate jewelry, lovely floral details, and, of course, her breathtaking dress.
Halle’s gown was a showstopper: a sleek, form-fitting design with a touch of sparkle. The bodice had sheer floral lace appliqués with subtle beading. The delicate straps and open back added a modern touch. She completed her look with a long, airy veil edged in matching floral appliqués. I loved every second of photographing it!
Halle’s bridal bouquet was a classic arrangement of creamy white roses mixed with baby’s breath. Halle’s bridesmaids bouquets were similar but with eucalyptus and soft lavender accents that complemented their flowing lavender satin gowns. The lavender tones were such a beautiful choice, adding a soft pop of color that looked stunning in photos!
Tyler and his groomsmen went for a classic black-tie look, which perfectly suited the formal elegance of Jefferson Street Mansion. Tyler wore a traditional black tuxedo with a black bow tie, a white pocket square, and a boutonniere of baby’s breath and white flowers that matched Halle’s bouquet. His groomsmen had a similar look but opted for black ties instead of bow ties, creating a subtle yet stylish distinction. (For couples planning their wedding party looks: slight variations like this can add depth to photos without losing cohesion. Highly recommend it!)
The ceremony was, without a doubt, one of the most emotional parts of the day. Watching Tyler see Halle for the first time was priceless—he was so overcome with emotion, and honestly, so was I! (There’s something so powerful about a groom shedding a few tears when he sees his bride—capturing these raw emotions always reminds me why I love being a wedding photographer!)
The Jefferson Street Mansion wedding ceremony took place under a pergola draped in lush greenery and cascading white and lavender wisteria, creating a romantic, garden-like setting. Rows of white chairs lined the aisle, leading up to a floral-draped altar with white urns filled with soft greenery and delicate white flowers.
The ceremony was filled with sweet moments, laughter, and a few more happy tears. From the couple’s vows to the supportive glances between family members, every moment was heartfelt and beautiful. It’s always a joy to witness a ceremony that’s so genuine and personal.
The Jefferson Street Mansion wedding reception took place in a bright, beautifully decorated space. At the center was a romantic sweetheart table with a soft white tablecloth, framed by a lush arch of greenery and white roses. A silver vase of white flowers sat on the table, with tall ivory candles in glass holders on each side, creating a warm, intimate glow. Surrounding the table were floral arrangements in shades of white, lavender, and soft greenery, making it the perfect, dreamy setting for Halle and Tyler’s first meal as a married couple.
The wedding cake was a classic two-tier design with vintage-inspired details, including piped floral patterns and elegant swags. It was displayed on a silver stand surrounded by a garden of greenery, baby’s breath, and white roses. (For couples planning their cake display, a little cake garden with greenery and fresh florals can go a long way in creating a picture-perfect setup!)
During a quiet moment in the reception, we stepped out to capture portraits of Halle and Tyler in the mansion’s beautiful gardens. The golden hour light was simply magical—this time of day always creates the most stunning, soft glow. (If you’re planning your wedding, I highly recommend setting aside time for golden hour portraits; the light is absolutely unbeatable!)
Afterward, Halle and Tyler were joined by their bridal party, and we captured some joyful group shots together in that perfect evening light.
As the evening continued, the dance floor quickly filled up with family, friends, and a lot of happy energy. Halle and Tyler’s loved ones brought so much life to the celebration—there was non-stop laughter, dancing, and plenty of unforgettable moments. As an Orange County wedding photographer, capturing these candid moments of pure joy is always a highlight. Watching the couple laugh, dance, and enjoy the company of those closest to them made for some of the most genuine, heartwarming photos of the day.
As their Jefferson Street Mansion wedding came to an end, Halle and Tyler made their grand exit in style. Their guests lined up with sparklers, creating a tunnel of light and cheers as they ran through, hand-in-hand. They sped off in a sleek sports car, surrounded by a wave of well wishes and beaming smiles from family and friends. (Pro tip: If you’re looking for a memorable send-off, sparklers are always a hit and make for magical photos!)
Halle and Tyler’s Jefferson Street Mansion wedding was truly a dream, from start to finish. I’m so grateful to have been part of their day and to have captured these moments for them! Their love, joy, and excitement were contagious, and I’m beyond thrilled to have these photos as memories of such a beautiful celebration.
